Women United of Licking County Title Log

We are pleased to announce the application for the 2021 Women United Project Awards is now open.

Women United of Licking County is working together toward the common goals to help families in Licking County succeed and reach self-sufficiency. We fight to end the abuse and neglect of children in Licking County.

To be eligible for the 2020-2021 project award:

  • Must be a 501(c)(3) or government agency.

  • The project must target the end of abuse and neglect of children in Licking County.

  • Funding awarded must be spent for the project within the 2021 calendar year.

This application will be used by the Women United project awards committee in their process to determine which projects to fund.

Please be aware, funding is limited to $2,000 per agency as these are considered

"mini-project awards”

Therefore requests must focus on funding projects — not programs — that support children and families in Licking County while helping to combat abuse and neglect.

Some examples of items that have been funded in the past: Supplies for therapeutic art
projects, food for support group events, fees for speakers/ trainers, technology to improve an already existing program.

Some examples of things that cannot be funded: Brand new programs, salaries, benefits.
