MISSION:  Our goal is to provide an environment where campers can grow physically, mentally and spiritually through challenging activities in both small and large group settings under the guidance of experienced YMCA staff. Our Summer Camp programs are designed for children ages 5—16. We offer a host of safe, structured and fun activities. All camps focus on friendship and exploration with activities that include: swimming, environmental learning, physical fitness, and field trips.

PROGRAM: Suicide Prevention

MISSION:  The Suicide Prevention Program provides depression and suicide prevention education to middle and high school students in Licking County. We offer the SOS program which is recommended by the Suicide Prevention Resource Center (SPRC) as an Evidence-Based Practice. SOS teaches students to recognize signs of depression in themselves and classmates; discusses the link between depression and suicide; and provides resources for help.

Pathways of Central Ohio
Pathways of Central Ohio is a gateway to services which empower the community to achieve success.  Pathways is a private, non-profit social service agency serving Licking, Knox, Richland, Muskingum, Perry and Morgan Counties. Pathways was established in 1968 and incorporated in 1970.

PROGRAM: 2-1-1 Crisis Hotline & Information Center

MISSION:  The 2-1-1 Crisis/Hotline and Information Center of Pathways of Central Ohio offers confidential 24-hour, 7-day- a-week telephone crisis services for issues involving mental health, suicide, alcohol and drug use/abuse, and intellectual disabilities.   Information and referral services include assistance in linking callers with resources such as temporary housing, financial help, medical care, counseling, victim assistance, domestic violence resources, suicide prevention, and resources for senior citizens.  The center also is the main point of contact for community emergencies or disasters, sponsors a Recovery Line for persons recovering from mental illness, and provides after-hours coverage for many Licking and Knox County social service agencies.
